Returns and refunds
If there is an issue with your product, please let me know and and send a photo of the issue. You will then have 14 days to return the product and I will issue a full refund.
If I have made a mistake with your order please do the same. Once I have received the incorrect products I will send the correct ones out to you
Cancelations
Cancelations may be made within 4 hours of ordering. You will then receive a full refund
Postage
Postage is £1 on all orders under £25, These are not tracked. If you wish for your product to be tracked or upgrade to first class this will cost extra and can be applied at checkout. Once you have been told your package has been sent please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Once you have been sent a dispatch email, I will not be held responsible for any lost/broken parcels. If your package is lost or broken this is something you will need to take up with the Royal Mail. Hopefully this never happens!
